1- If you or your company issue formal PURCHASE ORDERS, and if you already know exactly which product you wish to order, (or if there is a repeat order), just mail or fax your PURCHASE ORDER to:

2- If you are not sure which of the different grades and qualities of CEDARWOOD OILS and AMYRIS OIL you wish to order, and if you wish to first receive a SAMPLE and GC's for evaluation, please call 1 (800)-544-1363 or (830)-232-6079.

3- If you wish to place an order BY PHONE , just call and talk to Valerie, or to Gueric in French, English, German, or Spanish.

4- For Retail Orders, you can order directly from our online cart or by adding an Item in the individual product pages.

Shipping directly from Texarome's plant to your door is easy and convenient:

1- We can arrange for immediate shipment of stock merchandise, using your preferred route, carrier, and speed of shipment. Just tell us, or specify on your PURCHASE ORDER , whether you prefer UPS next day, UPS regular (for small orders), motor freight, maritime freight, container loads, or air cargo (for large orders).

2- Certain special grades and qualities may not be in stock, ready for immediate shipment. However, most products should be made ready for shipment within 2 weeks of ordering date, for quantities of less than 20 drums.

Various forms of payment are available to customers:

1- For large orders shipped to domestic and overseas customers, our favorite form of payment is: cash by wire transfer, upon receipt of original shipping documents and invoice by courier . (our wire transfer information and routing number will be typed on the invoice.)

2- Domestic customers with established credit, and repeat orders, are offered 30 day accounts. Qualifying (Exim bank approval) European and Asian customers are offered 60 day accounts, payable by check or wire transfer.

3- New domestic accounts of large companies are billed net 10 days, until a credit relationship is established.

4- Small orders (less than one drum) we accept credit card purchases only.

5- All major Credit Cards are accepted for orders of any size shipped to small and large companies, domestic or foreign.
